Bought a wacom tablet, which came with photoshop elements and corel paint. Will be uploading pictures b/c I'm still learning and hoping that someone else has experience with photoshop elements/corel paint/paint.net/GIMP. I'm searching the web for tuts, but sometimes it's hard to find specific advice.
